complete set of 11 different unused denominations in panes of four in complete booklets of 25 panes, from 1 gal. to 100 gal. values, brown on blue with full stub, nice clean set, retail on this set on singles generally runs in the $500-750 range making the total retail value of this most unusual set to over $50,000 retail, at our low estimate that figures to about $100 per set of 11 singles, there were only four complete sets released of which at least one has been broken up for singles and panes sets, (ENV 8,000-10,000)
