includes several hundred mint and used singles, mounted in a Scott Speciality album, there are no 1st-3rd Issues here, most of the value is in the mint Wine stamps where there is a few hundred in catalog value, also a few other scattered slightly better items, pretty clean with the Wines being mostly Very Fine, in addition there are ten large sized multicolored Cigar Box lables included, these generally retail in the $10-20 each, a good chunk of value here is in the album itself, (ENV 150-200)
