MC, huge margins with part of the next stamp showing at T., strong color, very large bottom margin, quite fresh and Extremely Fine, this stamp is extremely rare despite its very low catalog value, there are many part-perfs of this issue in the market which look "okay" but in reality are likely trimmed perforated copies, there are no known vertical pairs which are imperf horizontally, with part of the next stamp showing at T. this is about as good as this item comes, probably the Finest Known Example, (ENV 150-250)
