2c Blue, Foreign Entry D.T.

Recon. L. Margin Block of 36, full OG, HR, somewhere along the way this multiple was folded in quads, it has been rejoined down the middle but just folded H. down the middle, deep dark color, the foreign entry D.T. shows up in two positions: #25 and #27 which is in the L.L. block of nine, this variety is listed in Scott but without a value, this block of 36 is not listed on the Curtis census but it is the Second Largest Recorded Multiple, a most unusual item and the only time we have ever offered this unusual double transfer, the catalog value listed is for nine blocks of four, an incredible First Issue Showpiece multiple, (ENV 2,000-2,500)
