Unused, strong color for this issue, some faults which include some light staining from the medicine bottle top, there are some perf repairs at T.R., three clear margins with the perfs just in at T., Very Good appearing example of this exceptionally rare stamp with only 13 copies recorded of which all are faulty or repaired to some extent and virtually all have the perforations cut in to some degree, this is only the third time we have ever handled this rare issue
