1c Green & Black, Type II, Bliss Postage Due Provisional

HC, handstamped "Postage Due" reading up diagonally, these were used by the postmaster Gerald D. Bliss to denote payment of postage due, they were used between 1907 and 1910, they are quite rare on or off cover, well centered examples are even more so, Extremely Fine and most interesting variety, (ENV 150-200)
