MC, deep dark color, full to large margins all around, quite fresh and Very Fine+, a really nice looking example of this scarce stamp with only 212 recorded of which 51 are contained in 21 multiples, almost half have faults and only 31 are considered sound and Very Fine or better, a very nice looking stamp in superior condition, the 1992 certificate is no longer with the stamp
