J16-21, includes a set of J16-21 with “VICTORY” handstamped in violet tied on a 2c entire (Scott U43), which also has a 2c Green (Scott 464), all eight stamps are tied with the “Tacloban,Leyte Dec. 7 1944” duplex markings, the Postage Due stamps were issued on Dec. 3, 1944 and this cover is the Second Earliest Known Usage for this issue, three of the Postage Due singles have straight edges, centering ranges from Fine-Very Fine, the cover is addressed to New York, N.Y. There are some back stains but the front of the cover is really quite clean.
