Unused, deep dark color, amazing overall shift which makes the stamp appear “blurred”, this D.T. is NOT the Scott listed T13 or T13a, there is clear doubling throughout the entire stamp, fresh and Fine example of this most interesting and unlisted major variety and at this point the only recorded example, (ENV 750-1,000)
