Unused, strong color, some faults, quite well centered with the perfs clear all around, fresh and Extremely Fine appearing copy of this scarce stamp with only 31 examples recorded of which 28 are faulty to some degree and this stamp is certainly one of the best centered copies available, (ENV 400-500)
