OG, NH, wonderful deep rich color and proof like impression, quite well centered for this issue, Scott prices this stamp in the grade of Fine which is perfs just clear the design which is the case for most of the mint or used singles from this issue, this stamp is clearly better than Fine and the grade of “70” which PSAG puts on this stamp, we feel it is at least a “75” if not better, there are perhaps 20 or so Never Hinged copies in existance with several of them cut into the design, the stamp offered here is likely one of the top ten best examples available
